Easy Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon dried leaf basil
dash black pepper
dash cayenne pepper

PREPARATION:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat; add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for about 50 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.

Serve with hot cooked spaghetti.
